What is the capacity?
Up to 60 guests for events. The room is approximately 600 sq ft with 13-foot ceilings — intimate enough for a dinner party, open enough for a cocktail reception with room to move.
Is BYOB really allowed?
Yes, always. You bring your own beverages and there are no corkage fees. You can also hire any caterer you choose — we have a prep kitchen for setup and plating.
What’s included in the flat rate?
Everything: full room, all furniture in the configuration you choose, professional lighting, Fulcrum Acoustics 4.2 surround sound, 75″ 4K touchscreen, wireless microphones, prep kitchen, freight elevator, and Carlos Montoya on-site. No A/V rentals, no surprise fees.
How do I book?
Fill out the inquiry form or call 212-529-7570. A 50% deposit holds your date. Balance is due 14 days before the event. We recommend a walkthrough visit first — it books fast on weekends.
Can I do a venue walkthrough?
Yes, and we encourage it. Submit an inquiry at the bottom of this page and we’ll schedule a time. Carlos gives every prospective client a personal tour.
What’s the overtime rate?
$400/hr beyond the included 6 hours. Events must end by midnight unless arranged in advance.
